通过自由基本体聚合制备了4-(2-二茂铁基乙烯基)-苯基-七环戊基多面体倍半硅氧烷(POSSI)/聚苯乙烯、丙烯酰基异丁基POSS(POSS2)/聚苯乙烯以及胺丙基环戊基POSS(POSS3)/聚苯乙烯复合材料.采用XRD和TEM研究了POSS在聚苯乙烯基体中的分散性.结果表明,部分POSS1以纳米线形态存在于聚苯乙烯基体中,POSS2与苯乙烯共聚以分子级分散于聚苯乙烯基体中,而POSS3以聚集态晶体存在于聚苯乙烯基体中.热失重分析表明,3种POSS/聚苯乙烯复合材料的热稳定性均增加,其中POSS1/聚苯乙烯复合材料的热稳定性最好.与纯聚苯乙烯比较,POSS1/聚苯乙烯和POSS2/聚苯乙烯复合材料的玻璃化转变温度分别提高了约10℃和8℃.
