在空气中通过单辊快淬法制备了Fe57.6Co14.4B19.2Si4.8Nb4 金属玻璃,研究了该金属玻璃在保持非晶态下退火温度和保温时间对静态磁性能和交流低频下的损耗特性的影响.随着退火温度的升高,直流最大磁导率升高、矫顽力下降、电阻率增加,低频交流铁芯损耗也随着温度的升高而明显降低,在773K下保温30min得到最佳的直流性能和交流低频损耗性能.
