对在我国首次应用于大口径长输管线上的减阻型内涂 敷技术所引起争议的“先内后外”和“先外后内”防腐工艺进行了技术经济分析，并初步测算出两种工艺生产西气东输管道的成本差异，提出了对工艺顺序选择的看法.
The article is about the techno-economic feasibility study of a debate on that either the so called“internal coating first" or “the external coating first" is the resonable sequence for coating processes of pipelines.As it is known that firstly applying the internal coating may provide a good feature of reducing resistance of the pipeline interior.A preliminary calculation is conducted to reveal the cost difference between the two sequences of coating sys tems which may be adopted for the construction of the West-East natural gas tran smission pipeline.At the same time,the article puts forward advices about the coating sequence.
