根据铝合金腐蚀的基本特征,建立了新鲜铝合金瞬时腐蚀速 率的计算方法.通过改变试样的应变速率,研究了力学效应对LC4CS铝合金腐蚀电化学行为的 影响.结果表明:在恒应变速率作用下,铝合金自腐蚀电位有明显的负移趋势,且应变速率 愈大,负移速率愈快.与阳极氧化后的铝合金短路耦合,在应变量大于004后,LC4CS铝合 金的自溶解电流显示急剧增大的趋势.对同一应变速率而言,随着应变量的增加,新鲜铝合 金的瞬时腐蚀速率也随之增大.
A computing method for instantaneous corrosion rate on fresh surface of aluminum alloys was created in terms of corrosion character istic of aluminum alloys,and the effect of mechanical factors on the corrosion p roperties of LC4CS aluminum alloy has been studied with variation of strain rate .Results show that the natural corrosion potential of LC4CS aluminum alloy exhib its the negative drift trend under acting load of the constant strain rate,and t he larger the strain rate,the quicker the negative drift.In the state of galvani c couple with the aluminum alloy anodized,after the strain is above 0.04,the nat ural dissolution current will sharply increases.While strain rate is constant,th e instantaneous corrosion rate of the fresh aluminum alloy also increases with t he augmentation of strain.
