采用溶剂热法,以乙二胺为溶剂,碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备的沉淀产物为前驱体,在低温下合成了YAG:Ce荧光粉体.研究了反应时间对合成产物的组成、分散性以及荧光性能的影响,结果表明:在200 ℃低温保温5 h条件下,可得到颗粒尺寸为260~280 nm的球形YAG:Ce颗粒,颗粒尺寸均匀,且分散性好;荧光性能表征显示,其发射光谱为一宽带,峰值在530 nm附近,对应于Ce~(3+)的最低5d能级到4f能级跃迁所发出的光,可与高效蓝光LED匹配制备双基色白光LED,用于新型节能光源.

Single-phase YAG:Ce phosphor powders, with well-dispersed fine spherical grains, were synthesized by solvothermal method at lower temperature. The effects of reaction time on the composition, dispersion and luminescence properties of products were studied. Results show that pure phase YAG:Ce crystalline was formed after solvothermal treatment at 200 ℃ for 5 h. The resultant YAG:Ce powders were spherical and well dispersed. The sizes of the grains were in the range of 260~280 nm. The photoluminescence spectrum of the crystalline YAG:Ce phosphors showed their emission band was wide with the peak at 530 nm and they belonged to the 5d→4f transitions of Ce~(3+), which can be used to make novel energy-saving light source.
