本文以苯胺为聚苯胺源物质合成聚苯胺(PANI),在氯仿溶液里,通过高氯酸(或硫酸、硝酸)等酸化处理得到酸处理PANI,以甲基苯酚和4-硝基邻苯二腈为苯环源物质合成酞菁铜,将二者聚合形成一种新的复合有机气敏材料CuPcxPANI1-x.采用质谱、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、差热失重等表征.结果表明:质谱分析酞菁分子碎片分子量为234,验证了产物酞菁分子碎片合成过程的正确性;C-H红外图谱吸收峰1164.48 cm-1,证明得到的产物是目标产物;高氯酸处理5种比例的CuPcxPANI1-x紫外-可见光吸收光谱对比图可知,紫外吸收峰向可见光区漂移30多nm,可见光区的吸收峰向紫外区漂移近150 nm;热失重分析可知,CuPc在400~ 500℃出现放热带,PANI从300℃开始缓慢失重,CuPc-PANI在550℃才略有失重趋势,表明新物质结合力牢固,该材料可以采用蒸发镀膜工艺形成气敏薄膜.
