阐述了高强铝合金的微观结构及其与性能之间的关系,从材料自身和热处理工艺两方面介绍了强韧化制度,并介绍了当前比较成熟的制备Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金的新技术、喷射成形及金属基复合材料的制备,就今后的研究开发提出了一些建议.
The relations between the microstructure and property of high strength aluminum alloy are stated.The primary system of toughness and tenacity are introduced mainly from the material itself and the heat treatment process. More mature current preparation of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy of the new technologies, spray forming and metal matrix composites preparation are stated. Some advices about research and development for the future are put forward.
