基于固溶体中溶质原子间及溶质原子与过饱和空位间的交互作用,提出了非平衡晶界共偏聚的概念.在一个由溶质2和溶剂3组成的固溶体中,若溶质2与空位的结合能超过适于发生非平衡晶界偏聚的范围时,极少或没有溶质2的非平衡晶界偏聚在2-3固溶体中发生.若溶质1在溶剂3中与空位的结合能适于发生非平衡偏聚,并且溶质1与溶质2之间的相互吸引作用大于1-3和2-3之间的相互作用时,则将溶质1加入到2-3固溶体中形成1-2-3三元固溶体.在此三元固溶体中,溶质2将伴随溶质1发生非平衡偏聚,此时称为溶质1和溶质2的非平衡晶界共偏聚.
