以聚乙二醇(PEG)为致孔剂,戊二醛为交联剂,采用聚合物辅助倒相法制备了多孔壳聚糖膜.利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对多孔壳聚糖膜进行表征,研究了不同成膜温度、壳聚糖(CS)与PEG的质量比、戊二醛用量对膜表面形貌、粗糙度和微观力学性能的影响.通过实验参数优化,在60℃,CS与PEG质量比为1∶3,戊二醛用量为0.075% (vol%)时所制备的壳聚糖膜具有高度多孔性,孔隙分布均匀,均方根粗糙度Rq为9.205nm,平均最大孔深Rvm为-16.173nm,表面粘附力为122.9nN.
