论述了细化晶粒,改变合金成分,以及合理控制退火温度、时间和速度对铁基纳米晶软磁合金起始磁导率的影响及其原理.具体分析了Nb、Cu、La等在合金中的作用,确定了Si的含量要保持在14%左右.退火温度对起始磁导率有明显的影响,这种影响反映在纳米晶合金各相体积百分数的相对变化.还分析了退火时间在40min时软磁性能最佳的原因以及加快退火加热速度会显著提高合金起始磁导率的原理.
