采用高温熔融法制备了Ed+/Yb3+共掺杂的磷酸盐玻璃陶瓷,测试和分析了其吸收光谱和975 nm泵浦下的上转换和近红外发射光谱.X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明,玻璃陶瓷中的晶粒组成为Mg2 P2O7,尺寸为30~40nm.根据Judd-Ofelt(J-O)理论、McCumber理论和Fuchtbauer-Ladenburg (F-L)方程等方法,分别计算了基质玻璃和玻璃陶瓷中的强度参数Ωt (t=2,4,6)、Er3+在1540 nm附近的吸收截面和受激发射截面.讨论了Er3+在基质玻璃和玻璃陶瓷中的上转换和近红外发光特性.
