为实现同时获得较高的极性晶型含量与较好的薄膜质量,文中通过在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)溶液中添加十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),使得PVDF在较高的溶剂蒸发温度获得了完全的极性晶型.傅里叶红外光谱和广角X射线衍射表明随着CTAB含量的增加,PVDF由非极性的α晶转变为极性晶型,最终得到了含有大量β晶的薄膜.同时报道了在CTAB存在的情况下,随着挥发溶剂温度的升高,PVDF晶型的变化情况.最后讨论了溶液结晶条件下,CTAB诱导极性晶型的机理.
