采用MMW-10型摩擦磨损试验机评价了分别填充铜粉、SiC、h-BN的PTFE基环氧粘结固体润滑涂层在载荷为128N、转速为170 r·min-1、室温、干摩擦条件下的滑动摩擦磨损性能,并分析了其磨痕形貌和磨损机理.结果表明:与未加填料试样相比,SiC和h-BN填充试样的磨损量分别下降了60%和65.3%,铜填充试样的磨损量仅为4.2 mg,为未加填料试样的29.2%;未加填料试样的磨损表面粗糙,且呈现出大量的带状结构,而填料试样的磨痕深度和宽度更小,且更光滑;填料改变了粘结涂层的磨损机理,使之由PTFE的粘着磨损转变为以填料的磨粒磨损为主、PTFE粘着磨损为辅的复合磨损,这种转变增强了涂层的承载能力以及涂层与基材表面之间的粘结强度,提高了涂层的耐磨性能.
