使用偏光显微镜、广角X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜等测试手段,分别研究了纤维诱导和剪切作用下聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)结晶的晶型结构和结晶形貌.结果表明,不同纤维置入过冷态PBA熔体时产生的剪切作用诱导PBA在纤维表面形成横晶结构.在剪切应力的作用下,PBA形成不同于球晶的高成核密度、高取向度的横晶.过冷度决定横晶的晶型结构,高温时形成热力学性能更为优异的α型横晶,而较低的结晶温度则有利于生成β型横晶.
