磁场处理工业循环水具有一定的阻垢效果。在实验室利用研制的超强永磁场模拟处理工业循环水装置,研究磁场处理后循环水pH值与磁场强度、循环水速度、循环水温度、磁场处理时间、钙离子浓度等的关系,建立基于pH值的超强永磁场循环水处理阻垢效果评价模型,为研制磁场处理循环水的质量控制模型提供参考,为超强永磁场应用于工业生产实践提供必要理论基础。
Magnetic field treatment of industrial circulating water has the effects of scale inhibition .The ultra-strong permanent magnetic field treatment of industrial circulating water was simulated in laboratory .The relationships of the pH value of treated circulating water to magnetic field intensity ,the speed and temperature of the circulating wa-ter ,exposure time to the magnetic field ,and calcium ion concentration were analyzed .A model based on pH value of industrial circulating water treated by ultra-strong permanent magnetic field was established for assessing the effects of scale inhibition .It can provide references for quality control of circulating water treated by magnetic field and theo-retical foundation for ultra-strong permanent magnetic field application in industry .
