利用真空电子束焊机对TC11钛合金进行试验研究.采用光学显微镜及扫描电镜观察并分析接头不同区域的组织特征,并对焊接接头进行了显微硬度和力学性能测试,同时采用盲孔法对试样的残余应力进行测试.结果表明:TC11钛合金电子束焊接头焊缝区的组织特征为典型的柱状晶,晶粒内为交错排列细密的α’相,而热影响区组织为均匀的α'相和原始α+β转相的混合物.显微硬度与组织呈现较好的对应关系,即焊缝及热影响区的显微硬度高于母材.接头的冲击韧性比母材提高了20%,而抗拉强度为母材的98%左右.残余应力为以纵向应力为主的单向拉伸应力状态,横向残余应力数值则较小.
