采用DEFORM大型有限元仿真分析软件,对多种工艺条件下的热轧粗轧扣翘头过程进行了分析计算,明确了扣翘头问题的影响因素及其间的相互关系,并对计算结果进行了回归分析。研究结果表明,当压下率较小时,轧辊转速差对板坯的扣翘头值的影响最大,板坯的翘头值与轧辊转速差基本上呈递增关系,其他因素导致的扣翘头均可通过调整上下轧辊转速差来消除;当压下率过大时,调整转速差无效,必须通过调整压下工艺参数来控制扣翘头。

By the large finite element simulating software, DEFORM, the bending-head of plate slab for hot rough rolling has been analyzed in multi-technological conditions, the influencing factors and their relations to the bending-head has been expressed, and the regression analysis of calculation results has been carried out. The results show that: when the press-down ratio is smaller, the rolls speed difference has the most strongest contribution to the bending-head of slab, the bending-head increases as the rolls speed difference抯 increasing, and others influence can be removed by adjusting the rolls speed difference; when the reduction ratio in pass is oversize, adjusting the rolls speed difference is invalid and must adjust the reduction in pass to control the slab’s bending-head.
