分别用草酸和碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂通过沉淀法制备氧化钇及钇铈复合氧化物.并以其为原料,在高温下合成YAG:Ce黄色荧光粉.用XRD、SEM、粒度测试仪、光谱分析仪等表征了氧化物前驱体和YAG:Ce.SEM和比表面测试结果表明,碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备的氧化钇或钇铈复合氧化物的一次粒径约100nm,形貌规则,比表面积高.用该钇铈复合氧化物合成的YAG:Ce具有发光强度高、形貌规则、粒度小等优点.
