本文采用失重法,电化学极化以及交流阻抗法研究Inconel 625合金堆焊层在10℃海水中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,Inconel 625合金堆焊层在海水中初期腐蚀速率较高,随后降低到0.0004 mm/a.Inconel 625合金堆焊层表面没有观察到点蚀孔,表面不存在钝化膜.合金堆焊层在海水中为均匀腐蚀,海水中浸泡90天耐腐蚀性能稳定.
