以传统耐蚀型CrMoAl系和CuPCr系钢为对比实验钢,研究海洋工程用超低碳贝氏体钢(ULCB)在室温下的组织,力学性能和低温韧性,以及在模拟海水全浸区的腐蚀行为.通过失重法测得实验钢在不同腐蚀时间下的腐蚀速率,利用X-射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析钢在全浸腐蚀后表面腐蚀产物特征,采用电化学方法测定极化曲线.研究表明:ULCB钢的室温强度、塑性及低温冲击韧性明显优于对比实验钢,而抗腐蚀性介于二者之间.
