以硅橡胶(MVQ)为基相,以团状模塑料为增强相,以丁苯橡胶(SBR)为相容剂制备了DMC/SBR/MVQ绝缘复合材料,研究了SBR的用量对MVQ性能的影响及混合方式和硫化条件对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:通过SBR和MVQ共混制得的并用胶性能优于纯MVQ和DMC/MVQ的性能,DMC、SBR、MVQ最佳配比为60∶25∶75;其最佳的混炼方式是将MVQ和SBR分别进行混炼,白炭黑和DMC分批加入;最佳硫化条件为:温度180℃,压力1.2 MPa,时间15 min,制备的复合材料的体积电阻率大于4.9×1012Ω·m,SBR的加入提高了DMC/MVQ绝缘复合材料的性能。
A DMC/SBR/MVQ insulating composite was prepared using methyl vinyl silicone rubber (MVQ) as matrix, dough molding compound(DMC) as reinforced phase and butadiene-styrene rubber (SBR) as compatilizer. The effect of SBR content on the properties of the MVQ and the effects of mixed mode and vulcanization condition on the properties of the composite were studied. The results show that the properties of the MVQ and SBR blend are better than that of pure MVQ and DMC/MVQ. The best ratio of DMC, SBR and MVQ is 60∶25∶75, and the best mixed mode is that MVQ and SBR are mixed respectively, carbon-white and DMC are added in batches. The best vulcanization condition is 180 ℃ of temperature, 1.2 MPa of pressure and 15min of time. The volume resistivity of the DMC/SBR/MVQ composite is above 4.9 × 1012Ω·m. The addition of SBR can improve the properties of DMC/MVQ insulating composite.
