用真空保护气氛熔炼不同锂加入量的铜锂合金, 得到系列表面光滑、内部致密的铜锭, 并研究了锂对工业纯铜凝固特性的影响. 结果表明: 锂能消除合金凝固态的柱状晶区并使之转变为等轴晶区; 微量锂增大了工业纯铜的晶粒尺寸, 且随锂含量的增加, 其晶粒尺寸亦随之增大; 当锂含量增至一定值后, 其晶粒尺寸则随锂含量的继续增加而减小.
