对热等静压后的Ti-46.5Al-2Cr-1.5Nb-1V合金进行了热处理,获得了一系列含有不同片层晶粒体积分数的双态组织.室温拉伸实验结果表明,片层晶粒体积分数对双态组织TiAl合金的性能影响很大.在应变速率一定的情况下,片层晶粒体积分数的增加会导致双态组织TiAl合金屈服强度的增加以及室温塑性的降低.在近γ组织中,室温塑性随着应变速率的增加而增加,原因主要是在应变速率较高时,有较多的孪晶系开动.
