研究了暴露在海洋性气候环境下耐候钢(09CuPCrNi)的耐腐蚀能力,探讨曝晒环境与合金元素的协同作用.采用失重方法评价了耐候钢的耐候性,用红外光谱(IR)、电子探针(EPMA)和电化学测试方法分析了锈层的性质.结果表明,氯离子沉积量低的情况下,锈层中Cr的富集有助于改善钢的耐候性,而在氯离子沉积量高情况下,氯离子是恶化其耐候性能的主要因素.
