模拟风电叶片蒙皮铺层结构,采用真空辅助灌注成型工艺制备了含高分子电热膜的夹层结构玻璃钢样板,研究了在不同环境温度和功率密度下的通电加热效果,通过实验数据拟合出了灌注后的高分子电热膜具备防除冰能力所需的最小功率密度与所处环境温度的关系式,并研究了低温环境中不同功率密度下的除冰性能.结果表明,在-11~-13℃环境中且表面覆冰厚度为1 cm的情况下,在200~600W/m2功率密度范围内的除冰时间可控制在1-3h.
