本文采用自由液面扩散结晶方法,开展了典型蛋白质鸡蛋白溶菌酶结晶预混过程中的流体不稳定性实验研究.应用非接触、实时Mach-Zehnder干涉仪观测记录蛋白质与沉淀剂溶液在结晶器Hele-Shaw中混合至均一化的预混过程.汇总了不同预混策略、不同浓度配比下的蛋白质与沉淀剂预混不稳定性.结合实验结果总结了晶核数量与预混过程中不稳定性之间的关系.
