采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、维氏硬度计、拉伸试验机、热膨胀仪等手段,分别研究了Ti、Nb、Mo、Cr对热轧Fe-36Ni因瓦合金显微组织、碳化物析出相特征、力学性能和热膨胀性能的影响.发现Ti和Mo的碳化物容易以圆形颗粒形式析出,Nb和Cr的碳化物则以短棒状形式析出.碳化物析出相的存在状态以及物理性质显著影响因瓦合金的力学性能和热膨胀性能,其中,Mo合金化的因瓦合金具有最高的抗拉强度,而Cr合金化的因瓦合金则具有最大的热膨胀系数.
The influence of Ti,Nb,Mo and Cr on microstructure,carbides precipitates,mechanical property and thermal expansion performance of hot-rolled Fe-36Ni invar alloys was investigated by means of metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),Vickers-hardness test,tensile test and thermal dilatometer,respectively.The results show that the carbides in the Ti-and Mocontaining invar alloys are easy to precipitate in the form of round particles,whereas the carbides in the Nb-and Cr-containing alloys tend to be short rod-like.Mechanical properties and thermal expansion performance of the invar alloys are greatly affected by existing states and physical properties of the precipitated carbides.The Mo added invar alloy presents the maximum tensile strength,and the Cr added one exhibits the largest thermal expansion coefficient.
