通过sol-gel技术合成了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和 二氧化硅(SiO2)的有机-无机杂化材料,通过DSC和WAXD方法测试了杂化样品中PEO的结晶 度、结晶结构和(120)晶面的微晶尺寸,说明了PEO在该杂化体系中的受限结晶行为。
Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) and silica (SiO2) organic-inorganic hybrid materials have been synthesized by sol-gel appro ach. The crystallization behavior of PEO in hybrid system has been investigated by DSC and WAXD methods. The result shows that the mass percentage of crystallin e PEO reduces with the increase of silica in PEO and SiO2 organic-inorganic hybrid samples, PEO is not crystallizable when the concentration of PEO is lower than 50 mass% in this system. The DSC and WAXD results show that the crystalline behavior of PEO in PEO/SiO2 hybrid system has been rigid confined, the reason is that PEO is absorbed by the micropores silica.
