采用流化床反应器以水蒸气作为气化介质,以K2CO3修饰后的铁矿石作载氧体,进行煤化学链燃烧还原试验。结果表明,钾基铁矿石对水煤气反应及CO变换反应有明显的催化效果,大大提高反应速率,缩短反应平衡时间,有利于提高CO2体积份额。随着载氧体中K2CO3负载量由0%增加到20%,碳转化平衡时间逐步缩短,煤在58min内的碳转化率呈逐渐增加趋势,C02体积份额呈先增大后减小趋势,在6%K2CO3负载量时达到最大值。SEM结果显示钾基铁矿石表面呈一定烧结状态,铁矿石中K2CO3负载量不宜过高。
Chemical looping combustion of coal was experimentally carried out in a fluidized bed with steam as gasification medium. K2CO3-loaded iron ore was used as the oxygen carrier. The results show an evident catalytic of the K2CO3-1oaded iron ore on carbon gasification and the water-gas shift reaction. The reaction rate was greatly promoted, shortening the balance time. The CO2 fraction was also increased when use the K2CO3-1oaded iron ore. With increasing the K2CO3 loading in the iron ore from 0% to 20%, the reaction balance time was shortened and the carbon conversion in 58 rain was gradually increased. CO2 fraction was increased first and then decreased with a maximum at 6% K2C03. SEM showed sinter on the particle surface of the K2CO3-10aded iron ore and the K2CO3 loading in the iron ore should not be too high.
