在实验室条件下,以CaOFe2O3CaF2为预熔脱磷剂的主要渣系,对预熔脱磷剂的配比关系、加入量、处理温度、初始铁水磷含量以及预熔渣粒度进行了研究。结果发现:在1350 ℃条件下,w(CaO)/w(Fe2O3) 约取1.0,在加入量为10%的预熔脱磷剂能将铁水中的磷降低到0.0079%,脱磷率为96.24%,且初始铁水磷含量以及预熔渣粒度对脱磷率影响不大。
With CaOFe2O3CaF2 system slag as dephosphorizer,the influencing factors of such premelted dephosphorizer,composition,addition rate, treating temperature, initial phosphors content in hot metal and granularity of premelted slag was studied in laboratory. As a result, at 1350 ℃ and with a ratio of w(CaO)/w(Fe2O3) about 1.0,adding 10% premelted dephosphorizer could lower the phosphorus content in hot metal to 0.0079% with a dephosphorization rate of 96.24%. The dephosphorization rate was not affected by initial phosphorus content in hot metal and granularity of premelted slag.
