综述了国内外Parylene膜光降解的研究现状和进展,介绍了Parylene 膜光降解的机理和一些直观现象,并阐述了光解后Parylene膜的光学性能、热力学性能、电学性能以及透湿透气等性能的变化,为以后Parylene膜的光降解研究提供了方向,为设计使用条件提供了依据.
