以端羟基聚丁二烯( HTPB)和多元异氰酸酯( MDI-50与PM-200)为原料,合成了端异氰酸酯基预聚体( PPU),并对影响合成的相关因素进行了分析。研究发现,MDI-50与PM-200并用可有效保障PPU的合成质量与制备效率,进一步制备的聚氨酯具有较好的综合性能;提高-NCO∶-OH摩尔比,反应平衡时间增加,体系粘度降低;利用红外光谱对原料和PPU结构进行了测试,表明在不同温度下均发生相同的反应,未发生明显的副反应。根据动力学得出合成反应的活化能为34.5 kJ/mol。
Isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer( PPU) was polymerized using hydroxyl-terminated po-lybutadiene(HTPB)and multiple isocyanate(MDI-50 and PM-200)as raw materials,and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed in this study. The results demonstrated that synthesis quality and production efficiency of PPU could be effectively guaranteed through using mixture of MDI-50 and PM-200. Furthermore,multiple isocyanate benefited to obtain better comprehensive properties polyurethane compared with single isocyanate did. The reaction balance time increased and system viscosity reduced with increasing initial -NCO∶-OH molar ratio. Fourier trans-formation infrared spectra of raw materials and PPU specimens showed that the same reaction occurred during poly-merization at different temperatures and no obvious side reaction happened. And the reaction activity energy for the reaction kinetics was figured out as 34. 5 kJ/mol.
