采用界面聚合的方法制得了壁材为聚酰胺-聚脲,粒径在0.5~2mm之间包囊模型药物的大胶囊,通过改变微球壁材的组成获得不同性能的胶囊.研究了反应物比例,搅拌速度对胶囊平均粒径大小与分布的影响.横向比较了不同组成的胶囊强度.利用乙醇作为萃取剂用紫外分光光度法研究了低挥发药物胶囊的液相扩散性能,利用气相紫外分光光度法研究了高挥发药物胶囊的气相释放性能.结果表明实验获得了交联定型囊壁的大粒径缓释胶囊,得到了药物的长效缓释效果.
