研究了钛对高强IF钢FeTiP相析出规律及力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着钢中钛含量的提高,FeTiP相的析出倾向增大,材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度不断降低.当钢中Ti、N元素的原子比为1∶1时钢中无FeTiP相析出,板材可采用最低的再结晶温度,且r值最高.对高强IF钢成分、工艺和性能之间的关系进行了进一步的分析讨论.
