采用电冶熔铸工艺将废弃的WC钢结硬质合金制备成WC/钢复合材料, 研究了复合材料中显微缺陷的形貌及形成机理.结果表明: 电冶熔铸WC/钢复合材料的气孔及夹杂含量少, 可有效解决WC颗粒的偏析.X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析显示, WC颗粒和钢基体界面上发生了界面反应, 生成了高稳定性的Fe3W3C界面层.
