摘要:根据Na2O、CaO、MgO、SiO2、Al2O3、BaO、Fe2O3等主要矿物质对焦炭热反应性影响规律,文章研究了焦炭主要矿物成分的催化作用行为,依据催化作用程度探讨催化指数的客观表述,并比较研究了几种催化指数模型对高炉焦质量预测的适应性,为准确预测焦炭质量提供理论基础。
Abstract: The mineral composition as Na2O, CaO, MgO, SiO2, Al2O3 et al affected on coke thermal properties. The catalysis behavior of main mineral composition on reactivity of coke was researched. The mathematic model of Mineral- Catalysis-Index upon the Degree of Catalysis was discussed. Several Catalysis Index models were compared and the adaptability on prediction quality of metallurgic coke was also researched. The results took an important rule on predicting the thermal property of coke.
