研究了负载钛催化剂引发丁二烯在0~40 ℃的本体沉淀聚合动力学。结果表明,体系在单体液相未消失之前转化率与时间成直线关系,即聚合速率恒定,表现为稳态聚合。丁二烯本体沉淀聚合的表观活化能为33.5 kJ/mol。一定条件下的聚合速率方程为:Rp=kp[Bd]0[Ti]0[Al]0。
The kinetics of bulk precipitation polymerization of butadiene with supported titanium catalysts was studied at 0~40 ℃. The results show that there is a steady polymerization character in this system before the monomer liquid phase disappearing. The apparent active energy calculated was about 33.5 kJ/mol. The kinetic equation of the bulk precipitation polymerization was obtained:Rp=kp[Bd]0[Ti]0[Al]0.
