国内某厂2台板坯连铸机在生产过程中,发生的粘结漏钢事故全部集中在1号铸机之上。观测发现1号铸机生产的铸坯表面振痕相对更为紊乱,因此结晶器振动状态不良是造成粘结漏钢的主要原因,有必要对其进行检测。设计并制造了一种便携式板坯连铸结晶器振动检测装置,其由数据处理计算机、数据线、加速度传感器组成,同时开发了一套界面友好、操作简便的振动检测系统软件,可对结晶器振动情况进行检测和数据采集,并通过软件快速自动生成关于结晶器振动频率、振幅、偏摆、振动速度、振动位移及轨迹的分析报告,具有装卸简便、稳定可靠、精度高的特点。检测结果表明,1号铸机的结晶器振动偏摆量可达到0.6mm以上,振动速度曲线不符合正弦函数规律。为此,对该铸机的结晶器振动装置进行了改进,粘结漏钢频率由6次/月降低到0~1次/月。
All sticking breakout accidents were focused on No.1 caster in the production process for two slab casters of a domestic plant. Observation results showed that surface oscillation mark of slab produced by No.1 caster was more disordered. Therefore poor mould oscillation condition could be the main reason for sticking breakout and should be detected. A portable slab CCM oscillation detection device composed of data processing computer, data line and acceleration sensor was designed and manufactured. Also, a set of friendly interface, easy operation of the detecting system software was developed. Mould oscillation condition could be tested and correlative date could be acquired by above device and soft. The analysis report on mould oscillation frequency, oscillation amplitude, deflection, oscillation velocity, oscillation displacement and track could be formed quickly and automatically by the software. The device had the characteristics of simple load or unload, steady and reliable operation and high precision. Detection results show that mould oscillation deflection value of No.1 caster is higher than 0.6mm and the oscillation velocity curve donot conform to the sine function. Therefore, the mould oscillation device had been improved and the frequency of sticking breakout was reduced from 6 per month to 0-1 per month.
