在氢气气氛下,尝试采用两步法无压烧结技术制备了致密且晶粒尺寸较小的Al2O3半透明陶瓷.结果表明:第一步烧结温度T1和第二部烧结温度T2的范围分别为1 650~1 750℃和1 600~1 650℃;在T1,T2分别为1 750,1 650℃烧结试样的力学性能较一步烧结的有了大幅提高,其光学性能达到了灯管的要求.
