采用化学反应共沉淀法制各出PO43-和Al+-3+阴阳离子复合掺杂的α-Ni(OH)2粉体,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD),电子能谱(EDS).红外光谱(IR)和热重分析技术(TG-DSC)表征了其结构和组成.结果表明:添加PO43-和Al3+离子的α-Ni(OH)2增加了层间距,充放电循环测试表明复合掺杂的α-Ni(OH)2在15次循环结束后没有发生相变,循环伏安曲线呈现较好的重现性,表明了复合掺杂的α-Ni(OH)2在碱性电解液中具有较高的结构稳定性,放电容量达348.51 mA/g.
In this paper, α-Ni(OH)2 powder codoped with Al3+ and PO43- was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.The structure and composition of the doped α-Ni(OH)2 were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron energy spectrum (EDS), IR spectroscopy, and thermal gravity-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) techniques. The results demonstrate that the addition of Al3+ and PO43- increases the layer distance of α-Ni(OH)2. Moreover, the Al3+ and PO43- doping results in more water molecules contained in α-Ni(OH)2. Charge-discharge cycling measurements show that there is no phase transformation for the Al3+ and PO43- codoped α-Ni(OH)2 after 15 cycles and the charge-discharge curves exhibit good reproducibility after 30 cycles, indicating the high structural stability of the codoped α-Ni(OH)2 in alkaline electrolyte. The capacity of this codoped α-Ni(OH)2 is up to 348.51 mAh·g-1.
