以MpCCI为数据交换平台连接商用CFD与CSD软件,以2.5 MW风力机DF90风轮为例,进行了切边来流条件下,不同轮毂风速时的全三维流固耦合数值模拟,在确认数值方法的基础上,分析了不同风速、来流垂直剪切对风轮叶片绕流、叶片变形的影响,以及叶片结构与流场的相互作用对叶片气弹特性以及载荷分布的影响规律.

MpCCI code is employed as a data exchanging platform,coupling commercial CFD and CSD codes.A full 3D fluid-structure coupled simulation of a 2.5 MW wind rotor in various wind speeds of shear inflow condition is performed.After the validation of the models,the influence of wind speed and shear inflow on the air flow around the rotor and the blade deformation,the interaction between the fluid and structure,and the influence on the aeroelastic performance and the loads distribution,are presented and discussed in details.
