为探索新型润滑材料,将Nb和Se密闭在石英容器中,高温下反应,得到NbSe3,将其研磨、干燥后在氩气保护气氛中于700℃分解,制得直径为80nm~160nm的NbSe2纤维.用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等检测产物的相组成及形貌.利用UTM-2型微观摩擦试验机测试其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能.结果表明,在室温大气下,添加NbSe2纤维的润滑油较纯润滑油和添加普通NbSe2粉末的润滑油有较好的润滑能力和抗磨性能,其主要原因是NbSe2纤维具有独特稳定的结构.将纳米NbSe2与青铜粉混合,制备出铜基复合材料,摩擦实验证明,NbSe2纤维能明显降低铜基复合材料的摩擦系数,这可能归因于摩擦过程中在摩擦表面形成的一层润滑膜.
