为减少人工心脏瓣环形成血栓的危险和增加瓣环与瓣叶之间转动的灵活性,要求瓣环具有良好的表面质量.对瓣环表面的化学光整进行了研究,采用正交试验优选出初次光整的最佳化学液组合:NH4HF2(65%~80%)5ml、H2O2(40%)14ml、HCONH2(16%)2ml、HNO3(16%)11ml、添加剂1ml,分析了光整工艺中影响表面质量的化学液成分、光整温度、光整时间等诸多因素,通过改变工艺参数和条件,得到了质量良好的光整表面(Ra=0.22μm).
