采用SXP-16精密锻造机,分别以920、940、960℃三种不同的热加工温度将φ85 mm的Ti6242S合金棒坯精锻至φ32 mm叶片用小规格棒材。研究了三种不同热加工温度对Ti6242S合金棒材显微组织、力学性能及探伤杂波水平的影响。结果表明:随着热加工温度的提高,初生α相含量降低,等轴化提高;经过相同的热处理制度(980℃×1 h/AC+595℃×8 h/AC)处理后,三种不同温度热加工的棒材显微组织和力学性能相当;随着热加工温度的提高,棒材的杂波水平提高。
The Ti6242S titanium alloy bars were prepared by SXP-16 precision forging machine from diameter of 85 mm to 32 mm at temperature of 920 ℃, 940 ℃ and 960 ℃.The effects of hot working temperature on microstructure, mechanical properties and flaw detection level of the Ti6242S titanium alloy bars were investigated.The result show that the volume fraction of the primary αphase decreases with the increase of the hot working temperature, but the equiaxial level of αphase is improved.The microstructures and mechanical properties of the bars have little change under the same heat treatment.The flaw detection level of Ti6242S titanium alloy bars raises with the increase of the hot working temperature.
