针对陶瓷材料的特性,在新方法研究和标准制订的基础上,编制了一个脆性材料力学性能评价软件.该软件可以方便地计算和评价陶瓷的各种力学性能,包括弯曲强度(三点,四点,双环,球环等)、球压法测局部强度和均匀性、弹性模量、硬度、位移敏感压痕、能量耗散和弹性恢复能力、断裂韧性、Weibull模数、陶瓷硬脆膜的弹性模量和具有强度评价、热应力计算、寿命预测、统计失效分析等功能.它可以更方便、更简捷、更精确的实现脆性材料的力学性能的检测和评价, 为材料设计和结构设计提供便利的工具.

According to the characteristics of ceramic materials, a software for evaluation of brittle material mechanical properties was developed based on the theoretical and experimental research. It can easily calculated and evaluate the mechanical properties such as bending strength, local strength, elastic modulus, energy dissipation and so on. It also has the functions of strength evaluation, thermal stress distribution, lifetime prediction and statistics failure analysis. It can examine and evaluate the mechanical properties of brittle materials more conveniently, more accurately and more easily, as a tool for design of materials and structure.
