介绍了非真空处理工艺条件下的铸坯表面气孔缺陷情况,分析了可能引起铸坯表面气孔的气体在钢液中的行为,指出大型气孔可能来自2个方面:由氢和氮的混合气体所致;结晶器液面波动使钢液穿透粉渣层,导致钢液二次氧化,二次氧化物与保护渣中的碳反应生成CO气体。

The non-vacuum process conditions of the slab surface porosity defects were introduced. Causes leading to the slab surface pores of the gas in the behavior of liquid steel were analyzed.It is indicated that large pores may generate from two sides: caused by the gas mixture of [H] and [N]; Mold level fluctuation of molten steel made liquid steel through the powder residue layer, leading to reoxidation of liquid steel,CO gas was generated by the reoxidation and carbon of mould power.
