随着中国列车运行的高速化发展,对车轮质量与检测水平的要求也越来越高。将超声波相控阵技术应用到车轮检测中,着重对车轮内部缺陷的相控阵扫描图像进行分析,还利用仿真软件对车轮产品中轮缘、轮缘根部以及踏面和一定深度内的轮辋区域进行相控阵声束覆盖模拟。研究表明,超声波相控阵技术丰富了车轮超声波无损检测的手段。
With the rapid growth of railway transportation in China,there are more and more strict requirements for the quality and testing of railway wheels.Using ultrasonic phased array in the testing of railway wheels,phased array scanning images of railway wheels interior flaws were analyzed.The emulated software was also used to do covering simulation for phased array acoustic beam,applying in wheel products including wheel flange,wheel flange root,tread and wheel rim area within certain depth.In summary,the technology of ultrasonic phased array enriches the methods of ultrasonic intact testing.
