为了探讨镁合金微弧氧化的动力学影响因素,研究了氧化电压、氧化电流、电解液等对膜层生长的影响,发现这几个因素都是膜层生长的关键因素,在我们的工艺条件下,电流密度范围在0.2~0.3A/cm2之间能获得较好的膜层.
An extensive investigation is made on the kinetic affecting factors of micro-arc oxidation(MAO) on magnesium alloys.The effect of oxidizing voltage,current density and electrolyte on the coating growth are discussed in this article.It is found that these factors are critical factors affecting the coating growth.To get better films the range of MAO current density is 0.2~0.3A/cm2 in our processing conditions.
