以硝酸锌和钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备立方相偏钛酸锌超微粉体,并用XRD、DSC-TG、SEM、IR对其进行组织和形貌表征.结果表明:700℃煅烧1h可制得纯立方相ZnTiO3粉体,粒径约为20~60nm.随着温度的升高,立方相ZnTiO3将向六方相ZnTiO3转变,并进一步分解为Zn2TiO4和金红石型TiO2.
