研究了IF钢表面划痕深度对热镀锌镀层及合金化镀层表面缺陷的影响、划痕部位镀层的生长过程、组织结构及合金化行为。试验及分析结果表明,热镀锌时锌液能够有效填充划痕凹陷,从而降低基板表面的划痕缺陷,但划痕缺陷可以遗传到合金化镀层表面;在镀层合金化过程中,与正常部位相比缺陷部位的合金化速度快;随着镀层合金化的进行,缺陷部位的ZnFe合金与正常部位的锌发生反应并生长,使缺陷部位的ZnFe合金的生成量增加,合金化镀层逐渐隆起。
Influence of IF steel substrate scratch depth on the galvanized and galvannealed coatings surface defects were studied, and the coating growth process, organizational structure and galvannealed behavior of the scratch were also investigated. According to the experimental and analytical results, the sunken of scratch can be filled effectively in the hotdip galvanized, so which is helpful to reduce the scratch defects of the substrate surface, but the scratch defects can be inherited to the surface of the galvannealed coating. The galvannealed process at the scratch part was rapidity than the normal position in the coating galvannealed process, along with the coating galvannealed, the ZnFe alloying of the defective parts reacted with the zinc of normal parts and grew, so the formation of the ZnFe alloy at the defective parts was increased, the coating of galvannealed was intumesced gradually.
